Hello Lapper families! City Meet starts tomorrow and goes through Sunday, 7/7-7/9, at St. Mary's high school 5648 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA 95207. Please read the following carefully for all needed information. Also I have attached maps/diagrams for everyone to refer to.

City meet starts tomorrow, 7/7/23. Tomorrow's events are only for 1/2 lappers and IM. If you have a half lapper and/or IM swimmers we would like them to be at St. Mary's by 4:00pm. Warm ups start at 4:30pm. We will be warming up in lane 5. Our camp is indicated in the map attached below. Please bring chairs and towels for our area and your children.

Saturday and Sunday, our warm ups start at 8:30-8:45am, lanes 4-5. We ask that you are at St. Mary's no later than 8:00. PLEASE NOTE OTHER TEAMS START WARM UPS AT 7:30 on Sat-Sun SO IF YOU GET THERE AFTER THEN, PARKING WILL LIKELY BE LIMITED. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

We Have 2 required jobs for City Meet. We need 3 timers on Sunday (you will be in lane 8-10). The other is the water refill station on Saturday and Sunday (kind of like hospitality). We were not told how many we need at the water fill station, but we assume we will need 2 for each day. 

If you do not sign up for a job we ask that you help monitor the children at our camp. Make sure we are cleaning up after ourselves. Check in with event number progress, as to not miss an event. Keep in mind that all our families and swimmers represent North Lake Lapper, and that good sportsmanship is key to this whole weekend. And finally, HAVE FUN!

I will not be there for of City Meet. Amy Gulden has graciously offered to fill in for my absence. I greatly appreciate her help.

We can't wait to finish this season with waves of fun, and possible time toppers at City meet! (Our Awards ceremony and SunSplash dates will be announced later.)
