Hey everyone! We had an amazing first meet, even with a few computer hiccups. We really pushed through and made it happen! I want to thank all the volunteers and everyone who jumped in last minute to pull it together. Just a few takeaways: If a swimmer misses an event, that's on the swimmer, not Coach Ruby. We had a couple parents direct blame at her, and that can't happen. Coach Ruby isn't just wrangling kids-she's behind the blocks, coaching, prepping them, and getting everyone ready and pumped to swim. Things happen sometimes, but let's support her. Also, as Ruby said, there's no practice today. We hope to have a fun Friday next week! I'm really proud of everyone and all the swimmers!
